Recruitment is truly our favorite time of year, it’s when we get to connect with inspiring women and share what makes Alpha Xi Delta so special. At Kennesaw State University, we participate in three-round Formal Recruitment during the fall semester: Philanthropy, Sisterhood, and Preference.

Our recruitment process is all about helping you feel seen and celebrated for exactly who you are. We want to get to know you, your values, passions, and what you're looking for in your college experience. Throughout the week, you'll have the chance to learn about our national philanthropy, campus involvement, leadership opportunities, and the deep bonds of our sisterhood.
